Subject to any law made by Parliament or rules made under Article 145, the Supreme Court has the power to review any judgment it has pronounced or order it has made.
The Supreme Court can, in limited circumstances, reconsider and review its own earlier judgments or orders - this is not a routine second appeal, but a narrow mechanism typically used only where there's an obvious error apparent on the face of the record.
A party who believes the Supreme Court's own judgment contains a clear, glaring error can file a "review petition" under this article - though these are decided under a strict standard and are far less likely to succeed than an ordinary appeal.
