When to Use This Channel
- You believe a scam report on the platform incorrectly names you or your business
- Content you believe violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Content that infringes your intellectual property or defames you

How to Raise a Grievance
Email grievance@reportscams.in with the following information:
- Your full name and contact email
- The URL or report ID of the content in question
- A clear description of the issue and the relief you are seeking
- Any supporting documents, screenshots, or legal notices

Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (once operational) or seek redress through the appropriate court of law. You may also contact the Cyber Crime Cell at cybercrime.gov.in or call the national helpline 1930.
