Step 2 — Block your account / UPI

Call your bank's 24-hour helpline. Ask them to freeze transactions. Most banks can block within minutes.

Step 3 — File at cybercrime.gov.in

File an official online complaint. Upload screenshots, transaction IDs, and any communication with the scammer.

Step 4 — Visit your local police station

Bring all your evidence. Ask them to file an FIR under IT Act Section 66C/66D and IPC 420.
