False Evidence and Offences Against Public Justice
Falsely personating another and, in that assumed character, making an admission/statement, confessing judgment, causing process to issue, becoming bail/security, or doing any other act in a suit/prosecution, is punished with up to 3 years' imprisonment, fine, or both.
This criminalises impersonating a real party to a legal case and taking legal actions in their name.
Someone who falsely pretends to be a specific party to a lawsuit, and in that false capacity signs an admission or acts as bail, commits this offence.
