Elections
(a) The validity of a delimitation/seat-allotment law made under Article 327/328 cannot be questioned in any court. (b) No Parliament or State Legislature election can be questioned except through an election petition presented as the relevant Legislature's law provides.
This mirrors Article 243-O (Panchayat elections) and Article 243ZG (Municipal elections) at the national/state level: constituency-drawing decisions cannot be challenged in court at all, and even genuine election disputes must go through the specific "election petition" process rather than ordinary litigation - protecting the electoral process from being disrupted by open-ended court challenges.
If a candidate believes an election was conducted improperly, they cannot simply file an ordinary lawsuit - they must file a specific election petition (typically in the relevant High Court) under the procedure the Representation of the People Act establishes.
