State Government
If the amount originally granted for a state service proves insufficient, or an unforeseen need arises, or money was already overspent, the Governor causes a further statement or demand to be placed before the State Legislature, following the same Articles 202-204 procedure.
This mirrors Article 115 at the state level: it lets a state government go back to its own Legislature mid-year for supplementary budget approval, following the same scrutiny as the original annual budget.
This is the basis for "Supplementary Demands for Grants" that state governments periodically place before their Assemblies during a financial year when original allocations prove insufficient.
