Offences Against Women and Children
Kidnapping/abducting a woman intending or knowing it likely she'll be compelled to marry against her will, or forced/seduced into illicit intercourse, is punished with up to 10 years' imprisonment plus fine - equally applying to inducing a woman (via criminal intimidation, abuse of authority, or other compulsion) to leave a place for that same purpose.
This criminalises forced-marriage schemes and abduction specifically aimed at coercing marriage or sexual relations against a woman's will, covering both physical kidnapping and more subtle inducement through intimidation or abuse of authority.
This is the legal basis for prosecuting forced-marriage cases where a woman is abducted or induced to leave her home specifically to compel her into an unwanted marriage or sexual relationship.
