Offences Against Women and Children
(1) Rape of a woman by a group acting together or with common intention: each member is deemed to have committed rape, punished with rigorous imprisonment of 20 years to life, plus victim-directed fine. (2) If the victim is under 18: life imprisonment (full remaining life) plus fine, or death.
This applies the "common intention" principle (Section 3) specifically to group rape: EVERY member of the group is held fully liable for rape, not just whoever physically committed the act - with an even harsher, potentially capital, tier when the victim is a minor.
In a gang rape case, this section means every participant in the group faces the full punishment for rape - there's no lesser liability for members who played a more peripheral role, since the law treats the entire group as jointly and fully responsible.
