Offences Against Property
Dishonestly/fraudulently concealing/removing property (one's own or another's), assisting in such concealment/removal, or dishonestly releasing a claim one is entitled to, is punished with up to 3 years' imprisonment, fine, or both.
This is a broader, catch-all fraudulent-property-concealment offence, extending beyond the creditor-specific scenarios in Sections 320-321.
Fraudulently hiding property, or helping someone else fraudulently hide it, or fraudulently giving up a legitimate legal claim you're entitled to, all fall under this general fraudulent-concealment offence.
