False Evidence and Offences Against Public Justice
By personation or otherwise, causing or knowingly allowing oneself to be returned/empanelled/sworn as a case assessor, knowing one isn't legally entitled to that role, or voluntarily serving after being so appointed contrary to law, is punished with up to 2 years' imprisonment, fine, or both.
This criminalises falsely obtaining or serving in the role of a legal case assessor without proper entitlement to hold that role.
Someone who knows they're not legally entitled to serve as a case assessor, but manipulates the process to be appointed anyway and then serves in that role, commits this offence.
