False Evidence and Offences Against Public Justice
Fraudulently obtaining a decree/order for an undue or excessive sum (or property one isn't entitled to), or fraudulently re-executing a satisfied decree, or permitting this in one's own name, is punished with up to 2 years' imprisonment, fine, or both.
This is the flip side of Section 245 - the person who fraudulently OBTAINS an undue judgment, rather than the person who colludes in suffering one.
Fraudulently obtaining a court judgment for a much larger sum than is actually owed, or trying to enforce a judgment debt a second time after it's already been paid, is an offence under this section.
