False Evidence and Offences Against Public Justice
Fraudulently causing/allowing a decree/order for an undue or excessive sum (or property one isn't entitled to) to be passed against oneself, or allowing a satisfied decree to be executed again, is punished with up to 2 years' imprisonment, fine, or both.
This targets a collusive fraud scheme where a defendant deliberately lets a fake or inflated judgment be entered against themselves, typically to help a third party improperly share in the proceeds of a genuine judgment creditor's property sale.
Deliberately allowing a friend to obtain a fake court judgment against you for money you don't actually owe them, so they can share in the proceeds when your property is sold to satisfy a real creditor's decree, is an offence under this section.
