Relations Between Union and States
(1) Full faith and credit is given throughout India to public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of the Union and every State. (2) Parliament determines by law how these are to be proved and their legal effect. (3) Final civil court judgments/orders from anywhere in India can be executed anywhere else in India, according to law.
This ensures legal decisions and official records from one part of India are automatically recognised and given effect everywhere else in the country - a civil court judgment obtained in one state is enforceable in any other state, without needing to re-litigate the same matter all over again elsewhere.
This is why a civil court judgment (like a decree ordering someone to pay a debt) obtained in Delhi can be enforced against that person's assets in, say, Kerala, without needing a completely fresh lawsuit in Kerala to re-establish the same claim.
