Offences Against Women and Children
Hiring/employing/engaging a child to commit an offence is punished with 3-10 years' imprisonment plus fine - and if the offence is actually committed, the hirer additionally faces the same punishment as if they'd committed it themselves. This explicitly includes using a child for sexual exploitation or pornography.
This specifically targets adults who exploit children as instruments to commit crimes - a serious child-protection provision that also holds the adult fully liable for whatever offence the child was made to commit, on top of the specific child-exploitation charge.
An adult who recruits children to work in an organised scam operation (like door-to-door fraud or collecting cash from victims) can be prosecuted both for this specific child-exploitation offence AND for the underlying fraud offence itself, as if they'd personally committed it.
