Offences Against Women and Children
Watching, capturing images of, or disseminating images of a woman engaging in a private act where she'd reasonably expect not to be observed, is punished with 1-3 years' imprisonment plus fine (first offence), rising to 3-7 years for repeat offences. Sharing images captured with consent but without consent to share them also counts as an offence.
This criminalises secretly watching or filming someone in situations where they have a genuine expectation of privacy (like undressing or using a restroom), and separately criminalises sharing such images even if the original capture was consensual but the sharing wasn't.
Someone who shares intimate images of a former partner - even images that were originally captured consensually during the relationship - without the subject's consent to share them, commits voyeurism under this section's explicit dissemination clause.
